We strive to deliver products purchased from in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time from the courier end to get updated although the package could have been picked up by the courier.


We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.

We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

For Custom Incense products, due to their made-to-order nature, we may need 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actuals would be additional.

We ship orders across world (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/Asia/Africa/Europe) All the items purchased from are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase vide Fedex/UPS/DHL/Bluedart/Indian Postal services. The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 3-4 days across the world. We will email you the tracking no. as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.

In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays, unavailability of ordered items and other uncontrolable circumstances like natural calamities. However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as mentioned above. In case the ordered item(s) do(es) not reach the customer within 30 days of our having shipped the same from India, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer doorstep. However, in case of packages for which we do not have a tracking number, we will assume on good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount after a month from our shipping date.

In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we can reship your order, only after receiving an email and correct address from you.

Customs charges and taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. However, by experience, we have learned that customs charges are very rarely applicable on our packages.

Returns / Replacement

Considering the nature of products that are on offer on the website, does not offer return of the products once the order is accepted via e mail to your valid e mail Id, offers you a replacement of goods purchased on which means that you can ask for replacement of the product/s subject to following terms and conditions:

You can ask for replacement of product/s within 7 days of product delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.

  • Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by ONLY.
  • Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the EAN (International Article Number) has been removed from its original packaging.

Cancellation of order reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy or for any other reason. However, will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. In case of customized products, no cancellations are allowed once the ordered item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept decision regarding the cancellation.
