We strive to deliver products purchased from pujasthan.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges, as applicable, may be charged for your orders.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time for the courier to update, although the courier could have picked up the package.
Delivery
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If no courier service is available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.
We ship within 1-2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated delivery time may vary from 2-7 working days for all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book Post/ Speed Post/ Parcel service, which may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
For Custom Incense products, due to their made-to-order nature, we may need 7-10 days to ship the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actuals would be additional.
We ship orders worldwide (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/Asia/Africa/Europe). All the items purchased from VedicVaani.com are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase vide Fedex/UPS/DHL/Bluedart/Indian Postal services. The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 4-7 days across the world. We will email you the tracking no. as soon as the order is shipped, and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.
In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays, unavailability of ordered items and other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However, as mentioned above, we always try our best to ensure delivery within the number of days to deliver. If the ordered item(s) do(es) not reach the customer within 30 days of our shipping the same from India, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer’s doorstep. However, in the case of packages, we do not have a tracking number, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted, and we will refund the entire amount after a month from our shipping date.
Suppose the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer when placing the order. In that case, we can reship your order only after receiving your email and the correct address.
Customs charges and taxes, if any, must be borne by the customer. However, by experience, we have learned that customs charges are very rarely applicable to our packages.
Returns / Replacement
Considering the nature of the products on the website, Pujasthan.com does not offer a return of the products once the order is accepted via email to your valid email ID.
Pujasthan.com offers you a replacement of goods purchased on Pujasthan.com which means that you can ask for a replacement of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:
You can ask for a replacement of product/s within 7 days of product delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product, and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
- Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by Pujasthan.com only.
- Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers
- Any product from which the EAN (International Article Number) has been removed from its original packaging.
- You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charge & COD charges). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

Cancellation of order
Pujasthan.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so under situations where Pujasthan.com cannot meet the requirement of the order placed or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Pujasthan.com policy or for any other reason. However, Pujasthan.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within the appropriate time to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made reasonably.
Cancellations by the Customer
If we receive a cancellation request and have not shipped the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders we have already shipped out will not be cancelled, and you will have to check our return policy. In the case of customized products, no cancellations are allowed once the ordered item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pujasthan.com and accepts Pujasthan.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.
